Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, PDF books are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.
However, if you experience any issues accessing your files or receive the wrong product, please contact us. We'll gladly help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Printed Books
If your printed book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Once your request has been reviewed, we'll gladly offer one of the following:
- A free replacement copy
- A full refund
- Another suitable solution, depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
- Digital orders cannot be canceled once they have been delivered.
- Printed orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered production or shipping.
